Colbourne Ave Solo Piano

Lately I've been enjoying focussing on playing solo, which I've always found both daunting and liberating. At the moment I'm writing a set of Preludes for solo piano for my PhD, with the aim of facilitating improvisation for both the proficient and novice improviser. The below tracks are taken from a solo gig I did in April 2014 at Colbourne Ave, a beautiful, intimate room in Glebe in Sydney - as much as I got before the recorder died! Two of these pieces, Heraclitus' Riverbed and Paradox of Choice, are (fairly elaborated versions of) pieces from the Preludes.
